FEES

Fees are assessed on the basis of the client's financial situation, the difficulty of the case and the due diligence carried out by the lawyer.
As soon as the matter is referred to the Firm, and before any due diligence is carried out, the Firm will explain to the client how the fees are calculated. It also informs the client of any expenses that may be incurred.
Except in cases of urgency or force majeure, or if the Firm acts on behalf of a client who is entitled to legal aid, a fee agreement is signed with the client, setting out the amount or method of fixing the fees, as well as any foreseeable expenses.
Throughout the relationship, the client is regularly informed by the Firm of changes in the amount of fees and expenses due.
