The Firm is also active in litigation, seeking out the most appropriate procedural strategy for its clients. It assists them in amicable dispute resolution procedures, and represents them before French and European courts and intellectual property offices (INPI, EUIPO). He negotiates and drafts settlements aimed at putting an end to his clients' disputes.
